More Pictures From Haiti

When things got slow in the country clinic today, I walked around outside and visited some animals. The white horse is as scrawny as he looks. Poor thing. And I’m sure there was a great big saddle sore on his back.

The donkey was quite curious about me and wandered as close as he could. The hummingbird was a complete surprise. The brown horse looked pretty well.

The last two below are photos Gladias (my interpreter) took with the camera I loaned him from Craig. And, he is using it to take a photo (above) of the midwives who attended the opening ceremonies of the Trianon Health Center. Today, he did a little movie at the rural school. I look forward to seeing his newer photos.
